Please help! I need a good experience attorney and affordable. I’m in the state of texas city of fort worth my ex husband is way past his visitation days and he has totally turned my son against me and now he doesn’t want to allow me to pick him up or return him to me.. I have already call the police but they say that’s a family matter they can’t help me. If any one has gone from an experience like this please I need help in knowing what to do. thank you in advance.
First of all do you have an order of custody? Secondly, children have the right to decide who they want to live with, I suggest you find an attorney that will at least give you a one time free consult and find out what you need to do and proceed from there.

Lots of lawyers do what is called "pro bono" work, if we think the person who cannot afford a lawyer has a cause that is just. We can only take one every now and then, and we have to be very selective. We don’t take cases just because someone doesn’t want to pay bills.
Since you do not describe your "charity case," it is hard to conclude you will find a pro bono lawyer. We want to know more than that we will not be paid before we give our time away.
Time is money in this business, you know.
