In Texas, how do I file an injunction without hiring an attorney?
I want to at least delay the mutilation of my trees by our electric delivery company (Oncor). They have done horrible things all over Dallas to trees and want to destroy my 55+ year old magnolias that are in my front yard because they "pose a safety and reliability risk".

The basic steps are: file the correct petition (or whatever it’s called in Texas) in the correct court with the correct filing fee; have it served on the correct opposing party; they answer; then you can schedule a hearing on various motions or on the ultimate issue.
